The company was founded by Josiah Go, the most awarded business educator in the Philippines and a successful entrepreneur. Some of his awards include his 1994 Agora award, the highest and most prestigious award in Philippine Marketing; in 2001 “Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) of the Philippines” and in 2002 “Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) of the World” for Business Education, given by JCI, the first and only Filipino to win in the category; and in 2007 the rare “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the Association of Marketing Educators.
Josiah Go served as chairman of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines from 2002-2003, where he initiated a number of notable activities like the “Direct Selling and Network Marketing Certificate Course” with the De La Salle University, and the “Anti-Pyramiding Awareness Program” with the Department of Trade and Industry.
Josiah Go is widely acknowledged as one of the country’s most respected marketing gurus with 18 marketing and entrepreneurship books and serves as the chairman and chief marketing strategist of Mansmith & Fielders, Inc, the leading marketing and sales training company in the Philippines with the largest number of course offerings in the Asia-Pacific region. Josiah also taught at both the undergraduate and the MBA program of the De La Salle University. He recently released his 18th book entitled “The Mavericks” following the success of “The Rainmakers” which remained at the nationwide bestseller list of National Book Store for close to a year.
