The company was founded by Josiah Go, the most awarded business educator in the Philippines and a successful entrepreneur.  Some of his awards include his 1994 Agora award, the highest and most prestigious award in Philippine Marketing; in 2001 “Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) of the Philippines” and in 2002 “Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) of the World” for Business Education, given by JCI, the first and only Filipino to win in the category; and in 2007 the rare “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the Association of Marketing Educators.

Josiah Go served as chairman of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines from 2002-2003, where he initiated a number of notable activities like the “Direct Selling and Network Marketing Certificate Course” with the De La Salle University, and the “Anti-Pyramiding Awareness Program” with the Department of Trade and Industry.
