Terms and Conditions:
- This agreement covers only SERVICE. Parts/filters, including pre, upper, main filters and white pads and other components shall be paid separately and are not included in this agreement.
- Waters shall render service only during office hours. In the event of strikes, floods, and other causes beyond its control, or in case of non-payment of maintenance fee and other fees/charges due and payable under this agreement, Waters shall not be liable for failure to render service.
- Waters Philippines shall not be liable for any damage injury of loss arising out or in connection with the use of its water purifiers, especially if the purifiers have been tampered with, altered in any way, worked on by others besides the authorized Service Technician or have been subject to misuse, negligence or accidents, or in case its supplies and other components (such as pre, main upper filter, white pads and other consumable components) other than those specified or approved by Waters Philippines are used in the purifier/s.
- Waters Philippines will schedule service maintenance visit based on First-come, First-served basis.
- This agreement is NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Buyer’s name must be a Waters Philippines registered client.
This SMA card is only applicable to selected areas: Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Isabela, Nueva Viscaya, Quirino, Quezon Province, Cagayan, Kalinga, Apayao, Ilocos Norte, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, and Pangasinan.
