Welcome to Waters Philippines, Inc. (“Waters,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.1 These Terms govern your use of the official Waters Philippines website and any purchase of products made through it.
1.2 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website.
2. Products and Pricing
2.1 All products offered are subject to availability.
2.2 Prices are shown in Philippine Peso (₱) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
2.3 Waters reserves the right to adjust pricing, promotions, and offers without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Orders must be placed through our official website or authorized Waters representatives.
3.2 Accepted payment methods include cash, bank deposit, credit/debit cards, GCash, and other channels as specified at checkout.
3.3 Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery is available within approved territories nationwide.
4.2 Delivery schedules may vary depending on location and product availability.
4.3 Risk of loss passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
5. Warranty
5.1 Waters products include a one (1) year warranty against factory defects (excluding wear-and-tear parts).
5.2 A lifetime free service warranty applies if the unit is brought to Waters service centers or authorized stockists and servicing distributors.
5.3 Warranty is void if products are misused, altered, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
6. Refund and Return Policy (Customers)
6.1 Refund for Overpricing

If a purchase is found to be overpriced, the customer will receive a refund once payment is completed.
6.2 Defective Products

Customers may request a refund or replacement if a product is found defective upon delivery.

Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by the official receipt or sales invoice.
6.3 Conditions for Refund or Return

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 working days of approval.
6.4 Exclusions

Sales aids, brochures, demo units, and promotional items are non-refundable.

Refunds do not apply to customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized servicing.
